A new addition to the Winter Arts Market sees a series of free performances in the Crown Court within St George’s Hall. Saturday sees the Liverpool Ukelele Orchestra, Showstoppers concert band, choirs and more!
The magnificent Mellowtone host all day Sunday with a platter of live acoustic and roots music including performances by (former La) Mike Badger, and Nick Ellis, see below for the full lineup.
There is free entry into the Crown Court Concerts all day during the event, you can enter even if you don’t want to pay to get into the Winter Arts Market – that’s only if you can cope with missing out of course!

Artists will be performing from the judge’s seat in St George’s Hall’s crown court. Take a break from the Winter Arts Market’s dazzling array of stalls and visit the courtroom.
Mike Badger
Following the release of his recent LP – Rogue State – former La Mike Badger performs a rare solo set, playing his own brand of scouse-filtered acoustic country and rockabilly.
Nick Ellis
A familiar face to many on the scene, Nick’s trademark vocals and sharp songwriting have earned him a great reputation as a live favourite. Catch him ahead of his upcoming LP release.
Laura James
Haunting vocals and delicate guitar work combine to produce hushed and understated folk from this Cumbrian songstress.
Mark Delaney
A former member of Liverpool desert rockers the Mojave Collective, Mark’s solo work continues down the Country road with an acoustic feel.
